How to modify stationery (template) messages in the e-Reports module

The e-Reports module provides the ability for you to use custom template messages when distributing statements or other documents to clients. This saves you time from composing individual messages when e-mailing clients.




You can modify the subject and body of the template messages so that they fit with your company’s stationery standards.


To do this, open the e-Reports module and then click on Options at the top of the page.


The Templates window will open. Choose the template that you wish to amend from the top of the window, and then click on Edit record (black triangle) in the sidebar.

You can then edit the subject and body of the e-mail to your likely. To confirm the changes, click on Post
