How to Export or Import Entity Details in SFM

How to Export or Import Entity Details in SFM

In this article, you will learn about exporting and importing entity details into SFM.

The process is the same for both client entities and supplier entities. Remember to access Current Year > Sales > Client Maintenance for clients, and Current Year > Purchases > Supplier Maintenance for suppliers.

Alert
Before you begin, it is important to note that from the time the data is exported to Excel and then imported into SFM, no changes should be carried out on the entity details from SFM directly.

Exporting Entity Details in SFM

  1.  In SFM, go to: Current Year > Sales > Client Maintenance.  (Or Current Year > Purchases > Supplier Maintenance for suppliers.)
