Creating new SFM User

To add a new user in the SFM system, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Administration > User Accounts.
  2. Add a New User by clicking the “+” icon at the top of the left sidebar.
  3. Fill in the User ID and User Name.
  4. Assign Group (defines access permissions including companies)
  5. Insert Password.
  6. Enable Rules (optional) to enforce strong password requirements.
