The username structure is as follows: name.surname@sxxxx.shireburn.io (where sxxxx is the tenant number assigned to your company, for example S0030). The username can be found in the Remote Desktop app by clicking on the 3-dots on the right-hand side (next to the subscription), and then selecting Details.
