How to set up the cloud hosting services for SBS on your PC

Before proceeding with this setup, you will need to have a username and password for the cloud service.  These login credentials are provided to you by the Shireburn team.  These credentials are used only once during the installation and first-time login process of your cloud-hosted SBS applications. Please contact our team on support@shireburn.com if you do not yet have these credentials.

Setting up your Cloud-Hosted SBS application on a Windows PC

When you have your cloud service credentials, you are ready to set up your SBS cloud service. To do this:
  1. Download and install Remote Desktop. Click the link to download the app: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2139369
  2. After the Remote Desktop app installs on your computer, open the Remote Desktop application, and click Subscribe > Use another account.
  3. Log in with the credential provided by the Shireburn Team.
The Remote Desktop application will open and you will find your SBS applications in the window. From here you can open the applications.

After this first-time login process, the applications will open to their native login screens.  You will not have to log in again with the AVD credentials provided by Shireburn.  To open your SBS applications in the future, you can either open the Remote Desktop application and open the apps from there or locate the app’s desktop icon located on your computer.
