What to do when the physical quantities do not match what you have in SIMS

The physical quantities do not match what I have in SIMS. What do I do?

If the physical stock-take results is different quantities than what you have in SIMS, it might be worthwhile to re-check any physical store for items that might have been misplaced.

If stock items still do not match, adjustments need to be processed to ensure the proper quantities are updated in SIMS. Any adjustments can be viewed in the audit trial either as AA (Adjustment Add) or AD (Adjustment Deduct). Adjustments are processed during the stock take update.
