Error: "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy" is showing up when trying to export replenishment to Excel from SPOS
PROBLEM
Error: "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy" window is coming up when trying to export the replenishment on Excel on SPOS.
The windows will freeze and a message box in the left top corner comes with a message 'Switch to'.

SOLUTION
As a solution, go through the following:
- Close SPOS from the Task Manager.
- Open Excel and go to:
- File >Options > Trust Centre >Trust Centre Settings
- File blocking settings and untick all those boxes in the Open column (as shown below)
- Open SPOS and try exporting again
CAUSE
