All about SIMS' Proforma Module

SIMS Proforma Module

The SIMS Proforma module enables you to prepare proformas of the following:
  1. Invoice
  2. Credit Note
  3. Cash Sale
  4. Cash Return
  5. Purchases from Supplier
  6. Returns to Supplier



You can convert a proforma invoice into an invoice if needed, and likewise for all the other items.



The system keeps track of all these movements, and you can view them via the respective audit trail:
  1. Sales Audit Trail
  2. Purchase Audit Trail
The audit trail also records the status of an entry, whether it is still ‘Open’ as a proforma or has been converted and therefore ‘Closed’ as a proforma.
