SFM: How to Upload Your Own Chart of Accounts
The SFM Chart of Accounts can be managed and updated using Excel functionality. To ensure a smooth upload, please use the provided SFM Format.
Attached find the Standard Chart of Accounts: Includes a blank template, documentation, and a simplified version.
Importing the Chart of Accounts
- Access Chart of Accounts: Navigate to Current Year > Nominal > Chart of Accounts.
- Initiate Import: Click the Data Import Button and select Import Chart of Account.
- Upload File: Choose your Chart of Accounts Excel document and click Import.
Exporting Your Chart of Accounts
To export your current Chart of Accounts in the import template format:
- Click the Print Icon.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Tick Import Data Layout.
- Click Export.
- Select Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
