To archive closed voyages in the SFM system, follow these steps:

The system will automatically start Archive all Voyages which are Closed.  Once the Closed Voyages Archiving process is initiated, all closed voyages will be archived. This action is comprehensive and cannot be undone for individual voyages.

Please ensure that all necessary reviews and data exports are completed before proceeding.
