How to insert document footers in SFM

SFM: How to Insert Document Footers

SFM allows you to include footers in your documents, which is particularly helpful for adding bank details or other important information.

To set up a footer, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Current Year > Utilities > Company Maintenance.
  2. Select the Print Options tab.
  3. Click the Edit 🔺 button.
  4. From the list, Highlight the Document where you want to add a footer.
  5. Enter your desired text in either Document Footer Text 1 or Document Footer Text 2 (smaller font).
  6. To insert a line break, use the Ctrl + Enter shortcut.
  7. Click Save ✅ to apply your changes.
