Install/Reinstall Crystal Reports

To install or re-install the Crystal Reports runtime component, follow the instructions below:
  1. Close all Shireburn applications.
  2. Download the Crystal Reports from here: https://amber.shireburn.com/webshare/tools/cr10.exe
  3. Run the downloaded executable.
  4. Restart the application.
