Go to Admin > Local Settings
From the Email Client dropdown, select SBS Mail.

Once the above settings has been selected make sure you close the SIMS application and re-open so the system settings take effect. This will open 3 Additional mail menus
Mail Settings:
Enter the company's SMTP settings that will be used for email transmission.
Mail User Settings:
For each user, you can create a specific mail template.
For example, each time the user SSL sends an email, the corresponding template below will be generated.
If no template are defined, the system will default to the standard template.
Mail Templates:
The Mail Template feature allows you to customize the email that is sent form a specific transaction type.
1. Type: This specifies the transaction type of the template.
2. From: This allows you to customize the sender address that your clients will see when receiving the email
Note: Add < > before the email address to display your company name.
3. Reply To: This field determines the email address to which client replies will be directed.
