How to generate a Report by Transaction Type and Analysis Code

Generating a Report by Transaction Type in SIMS

  1. Navigate to SIMS > Reports > Miscellaneous > Analysis Code.

  2. From this screen, select the desired Transaction Type to apply as a filter.

  3. If a summarized version of the report is required, tick the Summary checkbox.




To generate a more detailed report filtered by both Transaction Type and a specific Analysis Code:

  1. With the required Transaction Type selected on the right-hand side, click the Analysis tab at the top.

  2. Locate the relevant Analysis Code, left-click once to highlight it, and then press the Space Bar to lock in that specific Analysis Code.

  3. Proceed to generate the report, it will now be filtered by the selected Transaction Type and Analysis Code.
