Access Company Maintenance:

• Navigate to Admin > Company Maintenance.
• If the Company Maintenance button is greyed out, close all open tabs to enable it.
  

Add a New Company:

• Press the Insert key on your keyboard to open a new window.
• Enter the details for the new company.
• An authorization key will be required to complete this step.
  

1 Request the Authorization Key:

• Before starting the process, submit the company name to accounts@shireburn.com to receive the activation key.
• Ensure you enter the exact company name, as the authorisation key is case-sensitive.
• After sending the company name, you will receive the authorisation key from accounts.

Initialize the Company:

• Enter the correct Company Name and Authorization Key.
• Press the check mark box  to start the initialization process.
