How to create a new Analysis Code in the Jobs Module
In order to create a new Analysis Code in the Jobs Module, follow these steps:
- Create Nominal Code
- Current Year > Nominal > Chart of Accounts > Press the Sign button
- Create Analysis Code
- Support > Jobs > Analysis & Press the Sign button
- Link Nominal to Analysis
- Create Department
- Support > Job > Departments
- Link Analysis to Department
- Support > Job > Analysis by Department
If a Job has already been created you need to add the new Analysis to the Job from the Analysis tab
