How to create a new Analysis Code in the Jobs Module

In order to create a new Analysis Code in the Jobs Module, follow these steps:


  1. Create Nominal Code
    1. Current Year > Nominal > Chart of Accounts > Press the  Sign button
  2. Create Analysis Code
    1. Support > Jobs > Analysis & Press the  Sign button
  3. Link Nominal to Analysis




  4. Create Department
    1. Support > Job > Departments
  5. Link Analysis to Department
    1. Support > Job > Analysis by Department



If a Job has already been created you need to add the new Analysis to the Job from the Analysis tab
