How to Group Clients in SIMS

Method 1: SIMS linked to SFM

If SIMS is linked to SFM, the grouping has to be done from SFM directly:
  1. Go to SFM > Support > Entity Group.
  2. Press  to Create Entity.
  3. When creating the client (SFM > Current year> Sales > Client Maintenance > ) the new Entity will be available from the selection screen as per below.


Method 2: SIMS not linked to SFM

If SIMS is not linked to SFM, the same process applies:
  1. Go to SIMS > Support > Entity Groups.
  2. Click  to Create Entity.
  3. When creating the client (SIMS > Support > Clients >  ) the new Entity will be available from the selection screen.
