How to upload your company's logo on documents in SFM

Inserting a Logo to SFM Documents

The user can upload their own logo to the following document templates:
  • Sales Invoice/Credit Note/Cash Sales & Cash Returns
  • Client Receipts
  • Client Statement
  • Supplier Remittance

The image type should be a PNG (.png), JPG/JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg), or bitmap image (.bmp).

The file size should be no larger than 740 x 160 pixels.

Follow the below steps:

  1. Run SFM and go to Current Year > Utilities > Company Maintenance.



  2. In the following screen, click on the Additional Details tab.

  3. Click the Edit button or press the Enter key to go into edit mode, then click the Logo button.



  4. Select the file to be used from the resulting box and click Open.

  5. Click on the Post/Save icon. The newly uploaded logo will show in the display panel.

  6. If the Logo is on the Left Side, it is recommended to change the Address Alignment to 'Right' from the Company Details tab.
