How do I grant or restrict access to companies within SIMS
For each user, access can be set to a defined set of companies\company in SIMS.
The below changes can be done only by ADMIN users
To change the access rights for users in SIMS, go to:
- Admin > User Accounts
- Highlight the user and click on User Companies located on your right
In this window, one can see the companies that the user can and cannot view.
- Companies User Cannot View: Companies in this section will not be visible to the user when logs into SIMS
- Companies User Can View: Companies in thus section will be visible to log in when the user logs into SIMS
When the above steps are confirmed, the user needs to log off and then back into SIMS.
