A guide on configuring Access Level profiles in SFM

Configuring Access Level permissions for user groups

Permissions for access levels are configured in the Groups & Permissions page. Here you can control whether a user group can view transactions or have permission to post and do other actions in your nominal, sales, or purchases ledgers.

First, you need to have Access Levels created in your system before you can configure Access Level permissions for your user groups.

To configure permissions for access levels, go to Administration > Groups & Permissions, select a user group from the Groups tab, and then open the Access Level Control tab in the Groups And Permissions window. Then, Insert a record (plus button), choose an Access Level Code from the dropdown menu, and then configure the permissions.

Below are summaries about the controls available for Access Levels.

View: transactions

When this is enabled for an Access Level, users will be able to view all transactions of the account.
