How do I print sales transactions across different financial years?
As from SFM Version 2.0.8.56, a user can print sales transactions across different financial year. The report to achieve this is called Transactions for All Accounts, and it is found in Current Year > Sales > Client's Reports > Transaction History List.
When this report is chosen, the user is given the print options displayed below.
Date Range: | The user can enter a date range that goes across different financial years. | |
Account Options: | All Accounts : | Print all accounts including those that have zero balances and balances brought forward only. |
Accounts with Transactions: | Print only those accounts that have transaction movements within the date range chosen. | |
Accounts with Transactions or Balance Brought Forward: | Print those accounts that have transaction movements or a balance brought forward. | |
