Reprint Sales and Purchase documents

SFM allows you to print of the following documents that can be sent to your clients or suppliers:

  1. Sales Invoices, Cash Sales, Credit Notes and Cash Returns – Free Text
  2. Sales Receipts
  3. Supplier Remittance

While posting the above transaction, the system provides for the printing of such documents immediately after updating the entries.

The system also provides for the reprinting of documents from the client/supplier transactions list and from the sales/purchase ledger audit trail. The documents available are sales invoices, credit notes, receipts and remittance.

To reprint cash sales and cash returns, users need to access this from the cash audit trail.

Reprint documents from the client/supplier transactions

  1. Select the Sales or Purchase Ledger from where you want to reprint the document, and then find the client or supplier and drill down on the transactions of the entity.
  2. Highlight the transaction required for reprinting and click the Printer button on the task bar.
  3. Select Re-Print Document.

Reprint documents from the sales/purchase ledger audit trails
